“Selling your home is never just about selling your home. Not all realtors get that, but Cory does.”
I’ve done every job in real estate, from administrative assistant to Chief Operating Officer of one of Keller Williams’ largest brokerage networks. Most of that is the volume I ran listing operations for over five years, working behind some of the best intown agents in the city: staging direction, pre-market repairs, photography coordination, pricing strategy, contract management. Those were their closings, and my job was making sure there was something exceptional to close on, every time. The rest are homes I’ve since represented on my own. It is where I learned what makes a home sell, what quietly kills a deal, and what a home is really worth, and it is the eye I bring to your side of the table, whether you are buying or selling.
Before real estate, I ran operations and built brands.
I spent years on the operations side of large brokerages, and years in brand strategy and creative direction before that. One taught me how a deal actually holds together, from pricing to contract to close. The other taught me how a home should look and why one stops a buyer when the next gets scrolled past. Both are at the center of how I work for the people I represent.
In your corner, for good.
Most of my work is helping buyers choose Atlanta and find the home they’ll stay in, and helping sellers hand a home they loved to the right person next. And if you’re the one leaving, you still get the good version: I’ve built relationships with agents I trust in cities all over the world, and I’ll connect you with one personally. Relocating here, buying a first place, selling after twenty years, or starting over somewhere new, that’s the work I want. If you’re after a quick flip or the cheapest way through, I’ll tell you up front and point you to someone who fits.
Every client gets everything I know.
